Guiding the Interview Process

  • The interviewer: we preview who will be involved in the interview process—their relationship with the organization and their expectations.
  • The position: we give you insight into the history of the opportunity. Who used to hold the position? Who will you be reporting to? What are the key strengths you should present in relation to the position?
  • Timeline: we will give you a realistic timeline for how long the process will take.
